At Muebles Pergo, we want you to love your home; if your new furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient home collection time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
